What’s Included
All full-service events require a 25% deposit to secure your date. Staffed events include a full-service fee (20% for buffet service and 30% for plated service), which covers labor, setup, service, and teardown.
Our service is all-inclusive, meaning you won’t need to worry about sourcing anything for meal service. We provide disposable tableware, buffet linens, serving utensils, allergen and menu labels, and everything needed for a smooth and worry-free dining experience.

Our tiered service structure allows you to choose what best fits your vision and guest experience. These are not quotes or estimates, they are simply a range of prices to help you consider your priorities and budget so that we can provide a complimentary estimate for you.
Tier 1 - Foundations (Budget Conscious)
Perfect for couples seeking a beautiful meal without unnecessary extras.
Popular options include pasta bars (red + alfredo), chipotle burrito bowls, or one entrée with two sides, salad, and rolls.
Typical investment: $20–25 per guest
Tier 2 - Timeless
A step up in menu variety and overall presentation.
May include two entrées, two to three sides, house salad, bread service, and the option to add desserts, beverage service, or snack stations.
Typical investment: $30–45 per guest
Tier 3 - Luxe
Designed for couples who want a memorable culinary centerpiece for the evening.
Features elevated menu selections, chef-attended stations, upgraded rentals or dinnerware, and enhanced presentation.

Tier 4 - Grand Affair
Our premier experience for couples seeking refinement and luxury.
Includes custom menu development, premium or seasonal ingredients, private tastings, white-glove staffing, and elevated finishing touches.

Service Area
We proudly serve weddings within approximately one hour of Ames, Iowa. This includes: Ames, Ankeny, Des Moines, Norwalk, Fort Dodge, Mason City, Nevada, Boone, Story City, and other nearby communities.
Book Your Date
Wedding weekends fill quickly, and we are typically catering weddings each week throughout spring, summer, and fall. Most couples reserve their date 6–18 months in advance, though we are occasionally able to accommodate short-notice weddings depending on our calendar.

Our Process
1. Inquiry
We start by confirming calendar availability and discussing your priorities, guest count, and budget.
2. Estimate
We provide a complimentary estimate based on your preferences. Revisions are welcome — we’ll refine it until it fits your priorities and comfort level.
3. Deposit
A 25% deposit secures your wedding date. This confirms our commitment to your event but does not lock in menu choices — those can still be adjusted.
4. Tasting
We host you for a tasting and welcome your feedback. We’re happy to make adjustments so your menu feels personal and perfect.
5. Finalization
Two weeks prior to your wedding, we finalize your guest count, menu selections, and service details. At this point, payment is due in full.
6. Day-Of Execution
Our team arrives prepared, organized, and fully equipped to execute a seamless guest experience with professionalism and care.
