Our Vision

We have identified two main categories of the catering industry to fulfill our vision:

Products
In order to operate with excellency with our products, we have put a variety of policies in place that maximize freshness and quality ingredients. We believe that fresh products provide the greatest taste and texture; this is why we slice our meats and cheese daily. Additionally, all of our vegetables and meats are roasted within hours of the order. Orders are fulfilled with just enough time to thoroughly chill before delivery, being assembled within hours before delivery.
In addition to prioritizing freshness, we also prioritize quality ingredients and products. We do not purchase any premade items or products. All pastries, cookies, dressings, and toppings are made in-house.
Services
We desire to go above and beyond in providing convenient, easy-to-use, stress-free services to our clients. We have gone out of our way to provide complimentary solutions to common problems and challenges. We welcome our clients to reach out to us with any questions or comments via phone or email. Whether you want to coordinate all of the planning online or need fast-paced, intensive planning for a short-notice event, we are here to help! Plain and simple. We love talking and communicating with our clients. We are easy to contact and respond promptly. When we are at events and delivering orders, we take the time to interact and form a relationship. We desire to form a long-term relationship and connection with all of our clients!

When you place an order with Schonert’s, you can have peace of mind that we will arrive on time with the correct order. We have put systems in place to prepare orders freshly while always delivering products on time within our 15-minute delivery window. Additionally, we cross-verify your order to ensure you receive everything you ordered with the proper modifications.
Intentional
We intentionally pay attention to the details, from ordering, communication, and emails - to labels, branding, and packaging. You will notice that our products are premium, made with quality ingredients, and are delivered in executive packaging. Our labels are professional, detailed, and clever. This is the final piece that elevates our products and services, allowing to operate with excellency in all areas.
