Mobile Bar Service

Schonert’s is excited to partner with you to elevate your event through our mobile bar service. We hold an active liquor license and are covered with DRAM insurance. Whether you are looking to offer simple bottled beer and wine, draft beer, or mixed drinks, we are prepared to partner with you to bring your vision to life.

Set Up Fee:

$150 Set Up Fee (Beer & Wine)

$250 Set Up Fee (Liquor)

Minimum Sales:

$1,000 and includes 4 hours of service. $150 of minimum sales per additional hour.

Additional Bartender(s):

Each additional bartender increases the minimum sales by $50 per hour. We recommend one bartender for every 50-75 guests.

Deposit

25% Deposit Required & Credit Card on File to Secure Date

All disposable wear is provided for bar service. Glass pints, wine glasses, etc., are available for rent.

Hosted Bar

A hosted bar is when the host pays for all beverages, fees, and minimums. For hosted bars, the set up fee will be required to secure the date. One week prior to the event, the minimum sales payment will be due in full. After the event, we will itemize all sold items on the final invoice. If the sales didn’t exceed the minimum, there will be no additional payment due. If the sales exceeded the minimum, the amount due will equal the total sales – all previous payments.

Cash Bar

For cash bars, the guest purchase their own drinks. However, the host pays for the set up fee and is the guarantor for minimal sales. If minimum sales are met, the host will have no other “cost” except the set up fee. If the minimum sales aren’t met, the host will cover the difference.
