If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your identification number, and tax will automatically be removed.

Complimentary Personalized Lunch Orders

We’ve all been there: you’ve assembled everyone’s personalized lunch orders, only for someone to take the wrong lunch box, creating confusion among the attendees.

Our complimentary personalized lunch ordering service ensures your attendees get exactly what they ordered. Confusion eliminated - and who doesn’t like a personalized touch?

Take advantage of our Google Forms template or Excel sheet to create and collect personalized orders like a breeze.

Once you send your personalized selections, you’ll receive the lunch orders with custom labels, including participants’ names, lunch orders, and modifications.

  • We are an ISU, Reiman Gardens, and ISU Alumni Center Approved Vendor. We work with every ISU college and many departments for their catering events!

  • Yes, we accept tax-exempt orders and have designed a process to make this as simple as possible!

    If placing an online order, simply submit your tax-exempt information during the checkout process, and sales tax will be automatically removed before payment. If we are sending an invoice, we will automatically remove sales tax for Iowa State University clients.

    Either way, sales tax will be removed. No refunds, no returns, no fuss.

  • We are proud to have a large capacity for large volume events and orders. We can cater up to 500 people per event. If you have an event bigger than this, please reach out to coordinate.

  • We recognize the work you put into ordering catering for your event. We want to partner with you to reduce confusion and to provide a professional and polished catering experience for you and your attendees. This is why we have developed our complimentary personalized lunch system, where we will print your participants’ names and orders directly onto their lunches. See details below!

  • Reduce confusion and chaos while creating a professional and polished environment at your next event through our personalized lunches. Participants feel valued when they find their name printed on their lunch with their exact order.

    To use this service, you can either: 1) send our Google Form to your participants. Then, send us the compiled data; or 2) you can enter the information into our Excel template. Email the Excel sheet or Google Forms data to adam@schonertspatisserie.com. You can email this information before or after placing your order, but we need it at least 48 business hours in advance.

  • Our clients commonly know their event date and details weeks or months before they know their final numbers and orders. If this is the case for you, we recommend reserving your place on our calendar as soon as you know your event details with the link below. As your event gets closer, you can place your online order, or we can send you an invoice. We prefer to have final orders the Friday before your event, but we can accept final order details as late as 48 business hours in advance!

  • Our minimum lead time is 48 business hours in advance, and our maximum order date is 90 days in advance. To ensure availability, we recommend getting on our calendar one to two weeks in advance when possible.

  • We are located at North Grand Mall, 2801 Grand Ave, Ames, IA 50010. We operate out of a licensed commercial kitchen. Because of our focus as a business to business corporate catering company, we do have a retail space and are not open to the public.

  • Our minimum order is $100 before taxes and fees. Our smallest events are typically around 10 people. Our maximum capacity is around 100 people. Please inquire if you have any questions!

  • We do not sell cakes. We refer all custom cake inquiries to Mel’s Sweet Occasions in downtown Ames. We do offer super-premium pies and cheesecakes!
